Terms of purchase

1. Generally
To shop at MD Broddplugg (www.mdbroddplugg.se) you must be 18 years old or have a guardian’s approval.

2. Payment
2.1 Prices
Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. If you are a retailer or business owner, please contact MD Broddplugg for prices excluding VAT.

Shipping costs of SEK 29 are always added to purchases under SEK 300 to Sweden. To Norway we add 69 SEK. Purchases over SEK 300 are sent free of charge.

2.2 Payment options
We use Klarna as payment provider where you can choose between invoice, card, swish and Bank transfer.

3. Delivery and shipping
3.1 Method of delivery
Your order will be shipped the weekday after you order. The goods are sent in envelopes directly to your mailbox. We ship worldwide for an extra shipping cost outside Sweden’s borders.

We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the post.

3.2 Misdelivery

If, against all odds, you should receive an item that you did not order, contact us and we will arrange the return.

3.3 Transport damage
Contact us if your package has been damaged during delivery to you.

4. Right of withdrawal, return and exchange
4.1 Regret and cancellation
Om du vill avbeställa en lagd beställning, kontakta oss snarast. Har ditt paket redan skickats iväg är det inte längre möjligt att avbeställa varan/ varorna och du är därmed skyldig att motta din beställning. Om du efter att du tagit emot din vara ångrar ditt köp gäller ordinarie villkor för ångerrätt och returhantering. Avbeställningen gäller från det att du har mottagit en bekräftelse gällande avbeställningen från oss på MD Broddplugg.

You always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The cancellation period is counted from the date you received the last item(s) in your order.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments to you when we have received your return. Please note that you can only return goods where the original packaging is not broken.

4.2 Return handling
When returning, you must contact us to register your return. You are responsible for the goods arriving to us in undamaged condition, which is important if you wish to return in a different way than the way in which the goods were delivered. Therefore, make sure that the product is packaged well, in the original packaging.

When using the right of cancellation or open purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping.

The return is not approved until MD Broddplugg has checked the item. In the event of an approved return and right of withdrawal, reimbursement is made in the same way as the payment was made.
